Tim brings over two decades of leadership experience across commercial banking, financial services, and people development to Northern Comfort & Co. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals and teams to build trust, establish clarity, and deliver consistent results in high-expectation environments.
Before founding Northern Comfort & Co., Tim spent more than 20 years in financial services, where he led teams, advised business owners, and developed a deep appreciation for the systems, habits, and standards that underpin long-term success. His background in coaching and personal development further shaped his belief that how people think, show up, and take responsibility directly influences outcomes — in business and in service.
At Northern Comfort & Co., Tim is responsible for the company’s vision, culture, and overall service philosophy. He is deeply focused on building a business that values presence as much as performance, and people as much as process. His approach centers on thoughtful growth, meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where teams are empowered to take pride in their work.

Michele brings a career rooted in leadership, brand development, and client experience to Northern Comfort & Co., including several years of hands-on operational leadership within large, multi-location residential cleaning organizations. Working directly inside high-volume home service environments, she developed a deep, practical understanding of team management, service standards, scheduling, and quality control at scale.
Prior to co-founding Northern Comfort & Co., Michele provided consulting and operational leadership support to established residential cleaning businesses across Toronto’s downtown and west end. During this period, she played a key role in scaling teams from early-stage operations to fully staffed, high-performing organizations — strengthening recruitment practices, training programs, and service consistency while supporting sustained client demand.
Michele is known for her ability to recruit, train, and support service professionals in a way that balances accountability with care. Her leadership contributed to stronger team engagement, consistently full schedules, improved client retention, and a noticeable rise in client feedback and referrals. She believes exceptional service is never accidental — it is the result of systems that support people and standards that are clearly defined and consistently upheld.

Her experience includes working as a Housekeeping Aide in a hospital setting, which demonstrates her precision and adherence to strict cleanliness protocols. Additionally, her time as a House Manager for a luxury rental company highlights her ability to manage properties and deliver a high level of client satisfaction.
Rebecca's core skills in residential and commercial cleaning, combined with her dedication to continuous learning, ensure that every home receives a thorough and professional service. She is committed to delivering the peace of mind and elevated comfort our clients expect.
Andreia brings strong operational experience and a natural attention to detail to her role at Northern Comfort & Co. With several years of experience managing short-term rental properties across the GTA, she has developed a deep understanding of the standards required to keep homes consistently guest-ready and impeccably maintained.
She takes particular pride in the finishing touches that transform a space — from neatly made beds to kitchens and bathrooms left shining and refreshed. Andreia enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and relaxed in their own homes, and approaches each visit with professionalism, care, and consistency.
In addition to her hands-on cleaning expertise, Andreia has experience coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting the day-to-day operations required to maintain high service standards. Her organized and reliable approach helps ensure every home receives thoughtful, attentive care.
